What's up with the security at the track last Friday we were trying to enjoy the races some people with an suv had they're music full blast which was bad enough but they were also smoking pot ,all this in the middle of the pits. My kids were asking can't the cops do anything . To each their own but have some respect.

I don't know....I will say there was some crazy people out there as usual on a Friday night. That is why we never go unless it is a bracket race. We were only there to test car and get license. There were people driving like mad men out there racing through the pits to get to the staging lanes and security just stood there. One of the idiots almost ran into a mustang. They will never learn race on the track not in the pits, return road or back exit. NOT SAFE PEOPLE!!!! I wish they could get a hold on the Friday night crowd. No fun for a person serious about racing.

As with any large gathering of people, there is always a small group who does not conform. Unfortunately, this crowd can make an otherwise enjoyable event frustrating. The security (like most employees) sometimes needs some extra supervising and we will address this issue with them

I was there this past Friday and I think ice chests need to be checked before people enter the track. I saw a lot of people drinking from bottles. Its obviouse someone is not doing their part. Who will pay for a blown slick if caused by a beer bottle? If racers have to follow rules and they break a rule they are not allowed to race. Same should go for punks not following rules!
