Rain Checks

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. If event is cut short due to rain or any other reason, refunds will not be given, however rain checks will be issued IF the event is LESS than half complete. If event is MORE than half completed, NO rain checks will be issued. Rain check are ONLY good for the next scheduled event.

On that note, any rain check from Friday Night September 4 can be used This Friday Night September 18. This will be the last chance to use the rain check as we have already taken them on Wednesday September 9 and Saturday September 12.

Well i do understand the rules for rain checks but when im paying and then it starts to drizzle just after i pull out of the booth and the the race is more than half way over. Whats the rule for that. Sorry for paying and u ait getting "NADA" back. And if there is, why was that not mentioned. But u did mentioned what u have posted. :-/

Sorry for the long wait--been busy with The Bracket Finals. The short answer to your question is you will not get a refund nor rain check if the event is passed the halfway point. We realize the policy is not perfect however a "line" has to be drawn somewhere.

For example, If the policy was within 30 minutes of buying your ticket then the person who bought their ticket 35 minutes before the rain would also want a refund. If we give a rain check to the 35 minute person then the 40 minute person would get upset.

When it comes to rain and an outdoor event: There is no perfect policy. A group of our drivers just traveled to The Texas Motorplex (South of Dallas) only to get rained on Sunday. The event was finished on Monday but most of our drivers left because of work.
